Skills/Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to carry out and understand directions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to answer multi line phone system and quickly determine the callers needs
- Ability to perform administrative duties with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a receptionist / Administrative assistant
