TCP OFF ROAD started as a vision Shane Jumper had due to his LOVE for riding and customizing. He and his family started out enjoying rides/events years back. Due to wanting his own needs met, he came up with the business concept it's growing into now.
He has a plan to take off roading to the NEXT LEVEL with personal service!
We are Texas based business. Our setup travels to events all around the United States to be on-location with “EVERYTHING FOR YOUR OFF ROAD ADDICTION”. Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you our valued customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded for store credit. If an item needs to be returned please contact TCP Off Road for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) within seven (7) days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in an as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
All other returns:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact TCP Off Road within seven (7) days of receipt to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return, including pictures, shipping information, etc.
Sorry, no returns on discontinued, closeout, custom, electrical components (ignitions and fuel controllers for example) or products that specifically state there are no refunds/returns.
If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled but, it can be returned. A storage fee of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars a day will be added to the total repair invoice following the seven (7) day once you have been notified that your repair is complete. Once the payment is complete you need to collect your ATV/UTV or make arrangements with management. Any repair that is not paid in full (including storage fees) after 30 days will have a mechanic's lien filed.
Mechanics Lien An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the above vehicle to secure the amount of the repairs thereto. Any invoices not paid in full within 30 days of completion of repairs will be subject to mechanic's lien being filed on the repaired vehicle. The lien will only be released once the invoice and processing fees are paid in full.
